Its very easy to answer Andy's assertion of Yanukovych "voluntarily" left his Presidency.
If he "did", why would he keep insisting he was still the president of Ukraine??? And he did this (made his assertion on live TV), on the next day, they voted to "ousted" him (ooops, according to Andy, most of the Rada members, voted to recognize his abandonment of his Presidency..and yet, fell 10 votes short...Lol). But according to Andy, its all Legal.
