    The doomsday clock which measures the probability of a Nuke War
    is about its closest to midnight ever, so first strike advantage is
    all about placing Nukes as close as possible to targets and
    then delivering them hypersonically en mass.

    For that reason NTO led by the USA would want its Nukes as close as possible to
    its declared enemy and one simply does not need to see that in Neon to
    realise that...eh?

    If NATO generally and the US specifically are not interested on placing Nukes close to Russia ,
    then why have they have them siloed throughout Europe including Turkey.

    Just imagine if Russia had Nukes posied in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America
    and Canada...how would the average Yank feel. Now just translate to the average Russian...eh?

    PS: The US has form in using NUKES
