No matter where you take the Ukrainian border, there is physically no possible way anything fired from Ukraine is the cause of this building collapse.
The only projectile possibility, based on the video not showing any projectile impact on the side of the building the camera is facing and the blow out direction, came from Russian territory.
It's either an FAB dropped by the Russians or another FSB false flag. Take your pick.
The most likely is Russia dropped and FAB.
There are no doubts, just your eagerness to try to blame Ukraine for a Russian failure.
