why do you think putin repalced Shoigu with an economist ??
the army is costing him way too much .....and yes financial collapse is quite possible because russia did big discount deals with China meaning the russ margins are thin last year 43% of the budget was earmarked for the war .....but likely a lot more than that actually spent no russ money being spent on infrastructure , on maitainance and on the people - russia is rusting away to support this war .....this war they didn't need and should never have had
