On the video message, Goncharenko mocks the Iranian leader saying that Mr. Raisi should have traveled on Ukrainian railway system instead old helicopters and claims that the crash is a revenge for his supplies of Shaheds UAVs to Russia & Iranian support to Russian Intervention in Ukraine
