I have no faith that science is always right. In fact I know that it has often been wrong. That is hardly painting faith as science.
I knew the comment wasnt directed at me,but it was a condescending comment,and i gave an example where non theists have faith in what they believe Calling a statement of belief condescending is in my opinion taking it personally especially that you went to the trouble to comment on it. You need not give me an example of a non-theist having faith in what they believe because I have one of my own. I have faith that science with all its shortcomings is the best approach that we have to understanding our universe.
