My opinion is that NEU is still speculative in regard to further multi bagging rises. We have gone through our 20 or so bagging period - that ain't happening again. Speccy investors (like me) look for big reward for little outlay. That is no longer the case with NEU. More conservative investors (naturally) want more certainty before going hard, so we need (perhaps) at least two more P2 results in the bin before bigger money wakes up to the fact that risk has been significantly ameliorated, with quick percentage gains still possible on large outlays.
