This was posted on the AVZ thread, it isn't an endorsement of the content as I don't totally agree with the all the content nor the the context being inferred, but it will give an idea of some of the protection mechanisms that will be lost once the Company is delisted.

Although, with the amount of correspondence / enquiries sent to the ASX and their lack of any actions is perplexing considering they are mandated to provide a level of assurance, confidence and protection to investors.
