Thanks for that, it makes more sense now.

AVZ will be delisted come the 10th May (automatic delisting provisions in the ASX listing rules)
I will be watching with interest what happens and how the Company (AVZ) conduct themselves and the news flows post delisting as FFX will be following suit some 7 weeks later, contingent of course if either companies have applied for an extension (doubtful) as neither meet the extension (IMO) criteria.
