Hi
I was wondering if the current main causes of bearish market sentiment will result in a good buying opportunity for HMX ? It seems likely that good drill results could soon be reported. However, the general market bearish sentiment could cause a short term subdued response and a good buying opportunity.
I recently purchased some HMX shares. When I purchase a mining spec I will add to the position, if further drill results support the initial reasons for purchase and provide more confidence of further upside. Clearly, this usually results in a higher subsequent purchase price. However, if the results are poor I will re-assess and most likely sell at a loss.
I intend to apply the same approach to HMX - but general market sentiment could provide a short term subdued response to good results and a better than expected subsequent purchase price (and more HMX shares than otherwise would have been the case).
