allow them to go and live where they wanted to be - in fact, entice them - up the pension rates if they live OS -- pay a set amount for accomodation when out of Oz - and generous --------- entice people who can't work - to live out of Oz - freeing up accommodation in Oz
As well - import hundreds of thousands of prefab small dwellings from China - fill ships with them - good quality, suitable for Aussie conditions -
and plonk them around everywhere on vacant blocks of land - we could call it 'social housing'
