Macquarie would have received an underwriting fee. Probably another entity is selling this down to find a price point that would pressure Macquarie to offload.
$1.85 more than likely won’t be the low.
Hopefully Karoon is bright enough to have some news to drop in the new year, that can bring attention to looking forward, instead of looking back.
