I know, but listening to your choice isn't going to help matters. It's going to take time, and you need to just take all the time you need. Someone once said to me, just set aside even 30mins a day to do something which makes your heart feel lighter. I found it helped. Had a win at the shops, jumper 89.95 down to 30.00. Can't even begin to imagine just how much they are purchasing them for. Guarantee even at $30.00 they are still making money. I'm only holding 3 shares, l/t holds, not impressed with the markets at the moment. Perhaps just as well going away soon.
