i wonder if the recent insto purchases ie First Sentier and others, is about the small margin between current pricing on market and $5.23. It seems like a skinny margin to me. I wonder if they are thinking that the vote in November will fail to get 75% shareholder approval, and therefore, maybe a higher offer??? Or are they buying for Cooke, in order to vote in the affirmative to help carry the vote?? Curious....
