The only unknown that i can think could potentially be a game changer is the independent valuation, and that will come down to how much of a premium is reasonable, which is pretty subjective.

I can only think that shorts would increase if there are doubts about the Cooke deal maybe not being passed by shareholder vote, or perhaps a withdrawal by Cooke. Its not cast in stone yet!
