Hi Joannie, as investors, it is incumbent on us to be and stay aware of the macro developments and not just drown ourselves and be lulled in the constant choirs of praise from the cheerleaders. And while my posts may not be welcome by those who do not want to know the 'new reality' or want to bury it for fear of it being known, but can contribute towards a more balanced perspective for all to judge and decide for themselves, the 'silent' holders and aspiring entrants alike.

Not to worry, my posts won't move the dial, LTR management is good and the church here is strong. That said, there may be external factors that can bear on the stock that are outside the control of even a good management and LTR's high debt level could be a risk factor to watch closely.
