With LT holders now taken profits realistically there's no reason why this doesn't creep back up towards the 70-90c mark and more fairly reflects value.

The value is there and easy to understand, sellers just need to remove recency bias and realise the opportunity here. Selling now is about the worst time you could have in the companies history IMO, don't let your impatience cut you off. Let your winners run when they start to run, and cut your loosers. Right now PAA is setting up for being one of the winners in a portfolio, let it run.
