My memory was this was on compassionate grounds .. but I haven't checked that on the ASX releases from that time.

JC has replied to my inquiries on 2 occasions, unfortunately the way I see it, the current structure will not allow him to maintain the same public profile MT did. I'm not saying this is preferable, just an observation.
