And worth mentioning again that this poor patient was Cohort 1 so on the lower dose, beginning on only 2mg/Kg so on a fifth of the dose that is now the recommended amount. The Graphs clearly showed that once the patients were changed from the lower doses up to the higher ones there was a big uptick in positive (slowing of progression) results. The quicker they can get patients on to the 10mg/KG of MPL the better results, unfortunately this patient had the quickest form of MND and was restricted to the lowest dose for the first part of the treatment. From now on at least all patients will go straight onto the higher dose.
