Yesterday there was a momemt of inertia when the buy/sell spread was 17.5 to 18.5 With columes dropping this imo was a moment when the next direction would be decided (I wanted to post at the time but was too busy)
It turns out that the bulls took control and we had a swing upwards, despite there still not being any super momentum behind it.
Some of this selling I can see is quite likely traders who either didn't get the chance to jump ship the other day when we hit 21. Or they are making pips from 17.5
Some interesting units being traded. Lots of 10k and 15k, so there seems to be some kind of orchestration going on. Buyers managed to accumulate 1.3m units at vwap of 18.7 so that is turning out cheaper than if they had linewiped yesterday or day before and there is still 18 on the sell.
I am guessing a few more days of churn until we see the next move
