It's not confusing - it's outright down-ramping. I used to go along with thinking this poster was just a negative nancy, glass-half-empty, type of character. But it's becoming clear to me, their constant whinging and potshots at the company, has a more sinister undertone.
Their post doesn't deserve a response, but other readers here (particularly newer ones) should be aware that almost everything in that post is just plain wrong.
