It is sad, if he follows Hotcopper and knows what the SHs are asking for yet doesn't do anything about it.

Even with the 19th April 2022 announcment about putting HPA DFS on hold. We were just told they have decided to put it on hold without telling us how close are far from being feasible. What were the reasons why the DFS was being put on hold. That was never disclosed. Also what happened of the activity outlined in the "Path Forward" section of that announcement (see below). There was one other open ended HPA announcement on 20th September 2022 and nothing since then. Almost 18 months have passed since the last announcement. Don't think the SHs will ever get a closure on HPA. Does the Share holder deserve to know if further work was undertaken relating to HPA? Do they deserve to know how their money is getting used?


Gold exploration for 2022 was announced on Feb 2022. However, the Drilling did not commence till June and after the Kurundi results in Sep 2022 no further drilling was undertaken in 2022. Almost 23 months have passed since June 2022 and we just had 1 round of drilling in Nov-Dec 2023.

We are an exploration company. Agree the surveys is part of the exploration endeavor. But just 1 round of drilling in 2 years for a small-cap, exploration company is not what you expect. if the shareholders are beginning to get impatient, then i don't see anything wrong with it.

Like I said before, the SHs have been very patient and supporting through 2022 & 2023. It is high time the mgmt also makes an effort to prioritize SHs.

Like you said, putting together an announcement every 10-15 days shouldn't take too long. It keeps the market and SHs informed and goes a long way towards creating a positive outlook for the company.

The systematic disregard for SHs and lack of communication is beginning to seem like it is by design and choice rather than just coincidence.
