This is really worth listening to as it raises some very good points about the need for an overhaul so that all shareholders benefit and goals and KPIs are aligned.
Out of curosity I just had a look at the directors holdings and found the following ( But stand to be corrected )

Not substantial holdings by any means in my opinion !
I am not sure how much the directors paid for these shares but from my perspective if you are talking about aligned values then I would expect the directors to have more of their cold hard cash invested in this stock.
