WW3 is head between our legs kissing........ goodbye stuff. MAD is the doctrine. Conflicts and chaos are short term opportunities. If ww3 occurred it doesn't matter how much cash, shares or gold we have

Off the doomsday stuff is our goals for long, healthy and wealthy lives.
One not so small example for the loonies suggesting a bit more wind or sun will cover current or required ready or not comming demand for 24/7 365 reliability.

NEXT DC data centers. 14 years old and now one of Australia biggest and brightest growth stories

"May 2010: NEXTDC was established by one of Australia’s most successful information technology and internet entrepreneurs, Mr Bevan Slattery, to build and operate carrier and vendor neutral data centres in Australia and New Zealand. NEXTDC’s operations consisted solely of the establishment of the Company and the acquisition and development of data centre facilities and the recruitment of a high-performing team."

Have a look from 2010 until now and then consider its ongoing growth and power demands. Our History (nextdc.com)

Australia is a MINOW. Next DC may be one of Australia's biggest power users On its website it notes "As digital transformation accelerates, technology — particularly the data centre — has become the fastest area of growth for carbon emissions. Globally, data centres account for around 2% of the world’s carbon emissions. With analysts estimating data centres will consume ~20% of the world’s electricity by 2025, the growth in carbon emissions is only going to get bigger, faster."

20% of the whole worlds power It's not hot air. It's happening now. Market cap of $7.952B for NXT is not over blown I think. Unloved u308 is still a bargain. The short dip on our share price is a choice moment.

Sell in MAY perhaps and watch and miss the next leg up? We all get to see the slow ramp up from Kazatomprom slowed by the 4-6 years to get enough sulfuric acid. The Italian company building for them took 6 years to build the last sulfuric acid plant for them. A one year build is never going to occur. Both KAP and Cameco old contracts being flexed up at fixed prices significantly below the cost of production or at least's significantly below the current spot price is not going to ender any love to the utilities Nuclear fuel buyers who have screwed us all for so long

Does any of the big players have any spare capacity to help the low inventories of many of the Nuclear utilities. Both KAP and Cameco have people knocking and being knocked back for new term contracts. Even when we get to full production at our Langer Heinrich Mine we are just a drip feed in the urgent need to replenish the run-down inventories for the old Nuclear utilities who are competing with all the Japanese restarts and unexpected life extensions occurring.

The German flip will happen sometime soon perhaps as well. Data centres are in every country and all are expanding and growing rapidly. Maincubes planning third Frankfurt data center, first in Berlin German data center firm plots two more facilities totalling 24MW was 2022 news. Note the 24MW size. Melbourne M3 is 150MW Capacity.

Population compared Berlin 3.76 million. Melbourne is about 5 million. Germnays data centre need expanding. Just consider the cost of the 24/7 365 day per year power demand between Germany, Australia or Ontario Canda. I did for a laugh

    Germany Data Centers Locations (107)
Germany Electricity increased 45.71 EUR/MWh or 282.51% since the beginning of 2024, according to the latest spot benchmarks offered by sellers to buyers priced in megawatts per hour (MWh). Historically, the Germany Electricity Price reached an all time high of 699.44 in August of 2022
German power Price Germany Electricity Price - Quote - Chart - Historical Data - News (tradingeconomics.com)

    Australia Data Centers Locations (91)
Depending on where in Australia you live, the average lies between 22.88c and 35.38c/kWh,

    Ontario Data Centers Locations (49)
The average cost of electricity in Ontario is approximately $0.141 per kilowatt-hour (kWh)

I am an Aussie so in $AUD we have :
    1. 45.71 EUR/MWh as $AUD75.69 MWh for Germany
    2. Ludite Australians anti carbon free power beats german!!!! at $83/MWh
    3. $50.75 / MWh as $AUD 65.08 for Canada

"$108 per megawatt hour in the National Electricity Market, 31 per cent higher than the Q1 average of $83/MWh. AEMO forecast that average prices over the next year would be even higher."

Guess who gets to pay for the free solar and wind here or in Germany!

Above numbers may be a bit current or dated. The growth of DATA and power consumption for them is not covered neither is the growing demand for our u308 for nuclear fuel buyers until the price incentive is far more than the current still low prices. We it is LONG Term contracted to enable our other current resources to be fully funded we will then and only them start the new mines, That takes four years as well of course so regardless of what occurs out side MAD we are sitting pretty.

    Sell in MAY? No thanks

PS big crew of Ramsay boys for the 25th in Melbourne if you would like to join the new grubs including a 4 ringer
