The Grid here, USA, Canada, France, Ireland, Germany ............... Same problems. The fact is we need every possible power source including Nuclear to allow the multiple expanding demands on the world's grids. No country has it right yet!

The MEGA Trend in that is just one of the power growth demand points blind Freddy can see. Just charged my EV away from home and saw a NSW EV TRUCK waiting for its daily top up. It was in Northern Melbourne today. The10 EVs charging or waiting to charge may or may not be a mega trend here. It is clearly adding to our Grid demand faster than our Grid and Generation can help with! Most Multiple EV charge sites divide the maximum charge rate between the number of cars charging! One I use in Western Vic is 50kWh. If two are charging its 25kWh!

The Grid lines and generation are all huge throttles on what can happen here or anywhere. Our blinkered anti-nuclear types have several valid but mostly invalid misplaced reasons for hating nuclear power.

What is clear is the huge investments in Data Centers for current and future needs are significantly more than the fools who claim that have everything under control with a bit of wind or solar only. Not Anti wind or solar!
