You claimed on multiple occasions that they were completely harmless, if this is the case why shouldn't anyone use them?
The Australian government is making them prescription only, only for the use of people who want to give up smoking. You claimed this will drive people to the black market & yet now you claim only current smokers should vape in order to give up smoking! You've just completely contradicted yourself. Smokers who want to quit by vaping can just go to their GP, no need to go anywhere near the black market.
The reality of the situation is that the more readily available vapes are the more non smokers will start vaping & get addicted to vaping. This is why the Australian & UK governments are banning disposable vapes & doing all they can to stop anyone from vaping. They are doing this because they know vaping is not harmless.
