If you truly think only smokers trying to quit smoking should vape what is wrong with the proposal to make them only available via GPs for that purpose?
Vapers would be guaranteed to get their vapes from 'quality sources' approved by the TGA, not take the risk by buying them from unregulated retailers. That's what your argument has been all along about banning vaping & driving people to black market sources.
