There are only three niobium mines in the world that currently mine niobium as their primary product:

-CBMM in Brazil produces approximately 84% of the world’s niobium
-China Molybdenum 's Catalao in Brazil produces approximately 7 to 8% of the world's niobium?
-Magris Resources's Niobec in Canada produces small percentage of niobium

We can see two of the main niobium players are from Brazil, but WA1 sure will join the party soon..

SUM's niobium project is also in Brazil and it might become CBMM 2.0 or Catalao 2.0 ?

Eagerly wait for the niobium assay result and hope it is big discovery!

In 2011, CBMM sold a 30% stake in their operation; 15% to a Japanese / Korean group and another 15% to a Chinese group for around US$3 Bil ( $4.65bil AUD).
In 2016, China Molybdenum acquired Catalao mine for around US$1.5Bil.

Brazil is the most potential country to discover niobium, thus SUM is indeed in an enviable position. should go $2 easily which is around $100mil market cap imo.
