Personally don't know why anybody would have a problem with a company raising at a level far above that of what the stock had been trading at consistently in the months prior,, and therefore gaining maximum leverage on the back of their Nato announcement. That's an eminently sensible strategy. Putting away a $100m raise is not that simple.
