The question is this: Is there enough bombs and guns for sale out there for Ukraine to buy? What's the use of those billions if they cannot buy enough bombs while Russia in bombing Ukraine back to the stone age?
There are about 800 American military bases around the world to make sure that most of the world is using USD and plays by the Fed's rules - so no country will 'disrespect' the Fed unless they want to go to war with the US. These countries are also enslaved / sanctioned through the World Bank and IMF which never stop lending money no matter what happens in those countries - the more they borrow and more debts they have the better - keeps them in a perpetual state of endebtness and enslavement and makes sure their governments are corrupt.
This whole thing is changing though thanks to BRICS and Global Sth slowly dumping American paper money. This will accelarate if these fools in NATO / EU decide to steal USD 300B that belongs to Russia.
