    Hi Folks

It's a lazy Sunday and I like playing with charts. I found something I would like to share with you as it is a bit interesting.

I was looking at the weekly chart for TLG. Notice in this chart I am concentrating on the last 18 months.

The SP is currently at 1.485 represented by the pink dotted line . To me it looks like an equilibrium line having spent its time oscillating about equally above and below the line. A little unusual in terms of charting and it caught my focus.

Next I have managed a snippet of another chart. Its my second chart for another stock. Sorry about the quality I had to do some extensive snipping to get this. have a look and come back to read the rest of this text.

The second chart also weekly covers a 13 month period. It also spent a protracted period oscillating above and below a rough equilibrium line, also going nowhere in a hurry.

Charting wise they have the same characteristics for those periods. They have something else in common they both supply critical materials to the battery industry. At the time of my second chart the company was pretty much at the same developmental stage as TLG is now. The snapshot was earlier in their developmental cycle.

The second company is PLS in the period Sep 2019 to Oct 2020. The highs in the chart were 40c and the lows were 12.5c. It was looking for somewhere to go for 13 months. Somehow it found a way to mine its lithium, find a market, ship and earn revenue. It's currently at 4.89.

So TLG has mined once albeit a small quantity. Has approval (pending appeals) to mine again regularly.

It has the approval to establish a industrial processing plant (pending appeals). The result of this process is both graphite and anodes to supply to customers. Not much need for marketing as the customers are lining up. I think that the next stage after this will be revenue, just like PLS.

PLS equilibrium point was about 30c and TLG is 1.485. So we are starting from a higher mark because the promise has already been partially identified.

But 4.89 seems like a pleasant number to me.

    Draw your own conclusions, DYOR

    We shall see?

    cheers Lies

PS well that filled in a lazy Sunday afternoon and the footy is about to start.
