I'm on your team UT. By the time things are explained to the taxpayers the demand for pain killers goes up. Take education as an example. We have a federal minister for education (with no schools) and state ministers for education. We get told that at a federal level the budget has risen by 8%. Then the state minister says that is not true because increased enrolments will swallow that increase so in actual fact the money is less than the state received last year.
