Tracking Shares

Dear fellow investors,

If you guys can point me in the right direction to track my shares in Great Panther which i have received after (BDR) takeover.
I have had shares in BDR, being managed via an Australian trading platform. After takeover, my shared disappeared and with little information with the broker (except an international number +16046081766, with no one on the other side).

Anyone experienced similar issue and know what next to bring the shares back on my Australian trading platform or other options?
