Given that you are experienced in all things, and know all things, can you please give us your experience in importing modular buildings from China. And in particular give us your experience in dealing with the quarantine issues that may arise, as well as the issue of dealing with non compliance to AS-particularly in regards to electrical and plumbing standards.
Dont worry about the leaking issues you may have experienced as they are not related to AS as such just s***y work.
Please don’t just fall back on your usual “but I know everything as I told you ten years ago” as the reality may paint a different picture gained over many many years.
