The point I’m making would a normal citizen be treated the same way?
It appears arrest procedures are based on race instead of police ensuring the control of the arrestee.
If I was arrested I don’t want to be debased publicly - and would accompany the police as requested- but if police knocked me on the ground I would struggle and try to act as Rambo.
