Still reckon the floating barge that was sent to GITMO for Hillary and Co (but never used) would be ideal. Big enough to house quite a few of the Trumpy boosters (if required).
Plus being shallow draft would be perfect to motor along the Rio Grande so Trumpy can see the sun setting and rising over his big beautiful wall that Mexico paid for everyday.
