Seems kinda obvious but why didn't team Trump subpoena these documents before the trial started?
Or did they deliberately not subpoena because they thought they'd do it during the trial, which in turn would cause a delay?
I don't expect you to answer with any knowledge of the inner workings of the Trump legal strategy but..... you're never short on opinion.
