So far the Defence has done little to refute the evidence presented by the Prosecution in their case against Trump, choosing instead to focus on Cohen's past behaviour. This IMO is a bit of a mistake when they have put forward so much cooperating evidence to support what Cohen has said. Easy for the Prosecution to close that off in closing statements by saying we know Cohen has lied in the past but everything be has said is supported by witnesses, documents & recordings.
