    Nope. They're still the President and thus, immune from indictment, arrest or prosecution.

    Depends on whether resigned after impeachment, the nature of the indictment etc.
    If there was an egregious crime and POTUS refused to step down well of course they would be indicted.. its just never happened before.
    Stop posting your half truths trying to be relevant lomu, it's embarrassing.
