Some years ago I read an interesting article written by a very reputable board-certified psychiatrist about a clear-cut case of demonic possession. He's certainly convinced that there are evil non-human entities at work on some people.
A number of cases have been documented of serial killers being influenced by demons to commit the horrific crimes they do. Demons / Archons / Wraths, whatever you want to call them are active amongst vulnerable people. Satanists are real and some even want satanism taught in state schools. There are several satanic temples in Australia and many more across the world.
The 1996 Varginha UFO incident in Brazil gives us some insight into them. There's much we don't know, but the thinking is that they're not extraterrestrial visitors from outer space and they've been with us since we were created, which is consistent with the Bible.
