@Taurisk It is believed that roughly 68% of the universe is dark energy. Dark matter makes up about 27%. The rest - everything on Earth, everything ever observed with all of our instruments, all normal matter - adds up to LESS THAN 5% of the universe.
String Theory postulates that everything is made of unbelievably tiny strings of energy, whose vibrations produce effects that we interpret as atoms, electrons and quarks.
So, we humans are made up of matter, consisting of vibrating strings of energy, that comprises less than 5% of the universe. Aliens are real and they may well be made up of dark matter and dark energy that comprises the other 95%, who knows?
Don't knock what sharetrader is saying when he speaks of "low vibrations dark energy visitors" because it could well be true. We don't know anything about them with certainty, and we're dealing with unknown unknowns here, so try to keep an open mind.
