We are now trading at below the average price of LEL for the month before the deal was announced. Great deal William ! Shows what the market thinks of your ability to use the money wisely. If they fail to announce they will return the funds to shareholders I think this will be voted down, I will vote No. If there were other parties interested make a hostile bid without the board’s recommendation. I would rather take a 60c / share straight takeover than leave the money with William and the board. The market seems to agree.
