What a Dud is Albanese

Albanese says he wants to get a bill passed but hasn't got any details?

hasn't got a bill prepared. but he wants bipartisanship, which he fully knows is impossible for the real Dud to commit to.

so wt* is he asking for? an impossible impasse which has no possible resolution other than partisan bickering.

I've tried to find some info on what this bill might contain but all I get is vague adjectives and motherhood goals.

yeh I know this is out of my usual, but this just ridiculous.
