I wouldn't say so, they did a 10-1 consolidation a few years back at 2.5c (or there abouts) hasn't really moved much since. we went from 2c to 60c (and back down) in the same period. Also results come when results are available, can't really compare competing companies as the sciences, although in the same field are entirely different.
