The only IP which has completed Ph2 is HER-Vaxx, PD1 has just started Ph2 early this year and the others are still in Ph1. IMU has always said plan to sell the IP end of Ph2 at the right price, I think there will be a T/O bid for the entire company with the target on CF33 and BP will make a play at the start of Ph2 of CF33 so there's no way IMU would have spent more on clinical trials (will probably end up $150-200M in total with 50% on R&D rebate) than the T/O bid.
