Perhaps someone with a medical background could assure that ŵe are on a winner and not just following some elusive dream.
Seems to me the results we are getting from the various trials aren't that great and we are relying more and more on pep talks from our dynamic leader ?

Are you serious? FDA fast track on 2 trials so far in the last 6 months. Not sure that you can say research has gone off the rails.
