    There's no evidence there was ever going to be an attack from Suwalki gap. So all of this is irrelevant.

    NATO already had a presence in the Baltic sea, tangs. So all of this is irrelevant. Especially considering that you're talking about a hypothetical unrealistic scenario. Russian navy is free to move around the Baltic Sea. No strategic loss.
