Not because they set out to conquer it but because they were expelled from their homeland by successive conquerors.

and why is it ok for Palestinians who were not actually the possessors or the area called Palestine in the 20th century …. Because tte Gazans never possessed Palestine. They lived in an area called Palestine which was part of another’s empire
