I don't know which came first. just as we cannot be certain of the precedent actions involved in the absence of Israeli defences along the Gaza border fence.
yet there was no Hezbollah attacks until Israel had passed 1,200 Gazan dead. and the Gaza border used to starve/dehydrate the populace.
with all these matters we ned to be better aware of the context, much of which is unclear.
