There is concrete with 30%, 50% or more available today.

Hey sz, slightly disagree here. Every little bit helps. If you can cut 5%+ of emissions at little cost and in fact obtain extra benefits that pay for the HK additive, why wouldn't you? Because the industry is as rigid as the product they produce?
